Return & Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for replacement:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Once your request is submitted, our support team will evaluate it and respond within 24–48 business hours. Each claim is assessed individually to ensure a fair resolution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • A replacement is not available

  • The product qualifies under our return guidelines

General Conditions for Return or Replacement

  • The product must not be personalized or engraved

  • Custom orders are not eligible for return or replacement

All POKETO Pens products come with a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
